Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are also requested to specify the reason for your returns so we can mobilise our internal resources and processes accordingly.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our aim is to enforce high levels of quality and we take it seriously if orders were sent in error or were damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.
Also, if 60 days have passed and you haven't received your order, you are entitled to a full refund - irrespective of whether the order arrives thereafter or not.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. We will be able to provide you with transaction details and proof of transaction.
If you paid via credit card, please check with your credit card provider/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

'Free' and 'sale' items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items that were shipped as 'sale', ‘free’ or ‘complimentary’ cannot be refunded. However, 'Sale' items can be exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know the address to ship it back to.
Return shipping costs:
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com so we can tell you the physical address.
Since we try and keeping shipping charges free as far as possible, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
